We offer healing for the body and the mind. The weekend will be packed with group workshops. You will learn how to reduce your anxiety and tools to use day to day for confidence boosting and feeling great!
This will be a powerful time of learning, development and transition. For this reason we are limiting the numbers to 10 people. Please book ASAP to avoid disappointment.
Accommodation will be provided by https://www.quintadamondega.com this is the next door property, just a short walk along the river from Quinta da Lontra where the therapies and workshops will be held. Please see above link for photos. The rooms will be shared (3 people max) if you would like a private room or a yurt/dome please contact us directly.
The weekend will incl:
*Four workshops - Hypnotherapy (x2), Craneosacral Biodynamics and Somatic movement.
*One group stress reduction and energy revitalisation Sound Bath

*Not included in the price but options for one 2 one: Massage, Emotion code, Acupuncture.

For those who have to get to work on Monday the Sunday night stay is optional and is included in the price.

FRIDAY 8th July.
16:00 – 18:00 Arrival Tea/coffee /cake
18:00 - Welcome meeting and introductions.
20:30 - Vegetarian 3 course meal.
SATURDAY 9th July.
Breakfast 8:00-9:00
9:30- 10:30 - short group discussions on everyone’s intensions for the weekend
10:30- 13:30 HYPNOTHERAPY WORKSHOP
*What is hypnotherapy, how does it work, can it help me?
* What is self hypnosis? How do you self-hypnotize? What tools are available to me?
*Q&A
* Group hypnotherapy and guided meditation and Mindfulness session. This will focus on instilling positive changes in belief systems, updating/removing old negative unhelpful beliefs. Also strengthening curiosity, confidence and hope about the future and any changes the future will invariably hold.
Lunch 13:30– delicious vegetarian
Free time to wander along river, swim, paddle board or have a one 2 one therapy session
15.30-17:30 SOMATIC MOVEMENT WORKSHOP
*Somatic movement is moving the body consciously with the intention of focusing on the internal experience of the movement rather than the external appearance or result of the movement.
17:30 - 18:00 Break: tea/coffee snacks
18:00 - 19:30 SOUND BATH
20:00 Evening meal - 3 course vegetarian - time to relax, share your experiences, unwind and eat!

*Group Hypnotherapy session
*How the conscious and subconscious mind works
*Practical CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) based exercises to reduce anxiety in the moment
*Learn skills and techniques to use in everyday life
*Q&A
*A group session on clearing trapped emotions.

15:00 - 18:00 CRANEOSACRAL THERAPY WORKSHOP
