You'll also find a well-appointed working station with Wi-Fi, a marble dining bar, and a fully equipped kitchen. The expansive floor-to-ceiling glass doors provide breathtaking views of the Mondego River and open to a serene outdoor sitting area. The separate bathroom boasts a spacious tadelakt shower, adding a touch of elegance to your stay.

Casa do Rio - Riverview Cottage (Sleeps 4 people)
The upper apartment of our guesthouse, sitting just a few meters from the river, is light and airy with scenic views and features an open-plan kitchen/dining/living space leading to a private outdoor seating area overlooking the river meadow.
Ideal for families, couples or groups of friends, it comprises a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (convertible to a double upon request), along with a private bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a fridge/freezer & a gas cooker with oven. The amenities include WiFi.

The lower level of Casa do Rio (River House) boasts traditional granite walls, once serving as the farm animals' storeroom. Recently renovated, this 1-bedroom apartment blends rustic charm with modern comforts, featuring a double queen-size bed.
It offers a private entrance, kitchen with breakfast bar, sitting area and a contemporary bathroom with shower. The kitchenette is fully equipped, including a fridge/freezer and gas cooker with oven. Ideal for singles and couples, it stays cool in summer and features a private terrace with river views. WiFi is provided.

Glamping - 2 Geodesic Domes (Sleep 4 people)
At Quinta da Lontra, our canvas accommodations offer a unique balance of nature and comfort.
Nestled in shaded woodland on separate terraces, our two 5.3m geodesic domes provide privacy and tranquility. Each unit boasts double or single beds, wooden/granite floors, seating areas, and ample storage space. Both domes sleep 2 people each, with the option for additional bedding.
Step onto your private terrace with a sitting area to enjoy the serene surroundings. Solar lighting and a communal kitchen with charging capabilities ensure convenience. Please keep in mind that appliances with high power consumption over 500W are not allowed. WiFi is not accessible at glamping area.
Shared facilities include a spacious fully-equipped kitchen & dining area in the woods as well as 2 separate showers in our outdoor shower block & 2 ecological composting toilets, all built to high standards & funkily decorated β itβs luxury camping! Our glamping area promises a relaxing experience without feeling overcrowded.
