*Cleaning Fees - All bookings are subject to the cleaning fees per stay.
Minimum stay - 2 nights, August - 4 nights.
Check-in between 16:00-21:00.
Late arrivals between 21:00 -23:30 are subject to a fee of 15€. After 23:30 the check-in won't be possible.
Check-out until 11:00.
Additional fees:
Pet fee - €15 per pet per stay
Additional person/bed above maximal capacity - €15 per night
Baby cot - €10 per stay
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation for the first 48 hours after booking as long as the guest cancels at least 30 days before check-in (time shown in confirmation email).
After that guests can cancel up to (but not including)14 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the total cost.
No refund is available if the guests cancel 14 days or less before the check-in date.
