From the 12th - 16th of May we’re delighted to welcome Lisboa Social Press to the Quinta, for a 5 day springtime printmaking residency programme developed at Lisboa Social Press HQ.

Lisboa Social Press is an independent artist-run space for hands-on-creative workshops for locals and visitors alike.

Founded in 2018 by artists Jillian Roberts and Tom Maryniak, the artist duo work together and specialise in teaching a varied programme of printmaking workshops between them. Alongside these, Lisboa Social Press simultaneously facilitates cultural events, artists in residence, guest workshops and public exhibitions.

Over the five days, alongside hypnotherapy sessions and daily yoga practices, you will explore your inner creative self and make beautiful artwork inspired by the Quinta’s natural surroundings, There will be time in between to relax, meet new people and explore the area of the Rio Mondego, whether it be on foot, horseback or by kayak.
